Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to these guidelines on how to address the issue.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please ask us questions before making a purchase. If an item is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace the item once we receive a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at email@example.com immediately to initiate an exchange. Video or photo documentation is required within 72 hours of delivery in order to receive a replacement item (for fastest processing, please include this in your initial email to us). Once the proper documentation is sent and the product is determined to be damaged or defective, we will ship your replacement item within 5 business days.
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be unopened in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of delivery, the item is no longer eligible for a return. Wendylash is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items.
Once we have received your returned item, you will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Out of Stock Items
In the event that an item you ordered goes out of stock after your order has been submitted, we will contact you immediately regarding your order. You will have the option to replace the out of stock item with a similar item or receive a refund for that item. If we are unable to connect with you within 48 hours of order submission, we will ship your order without the missing item and refund you for that item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
There are a few important things to please keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 30 working days of receipt of your goods.
Return within 30 days for a refund. The buyer pays return shipping.
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received and include all original packaging.
Carefully pack any items to avoid damage during transport. We do not accept responsibility for any products returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
If you want to cancel your own order, you have to inform us about it before the order has been shipped. And we will inform you about canceling the order via email. The refund request will be processed within one business day. It could take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (PayPal), depending on how long it takes your bank to process the transaction.
If the order has already shipped, you will receive a notification that the order is already on its way and that refund is available after you will return the package to us. When the return reaches us, you will issue a refund for the order.
Once items are shipped, we are not responsible if the package is damaged or becomes lost.
