Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority! Please review the following policy for returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Return & Exchange Period
Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it at info@wendylash.com. To expedite your claim, please include photo or video proof within 72 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will ship a replacement item within 5 business days.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective.

Returns
You may return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, along with proof of purchase.

If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., wrong item ordered, no longer wanted), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The specific return fee depends on the courier company you choose. If the return is caused by our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Please pack the item carefully. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you ordered is out of stock after purchase, we will contact you within 48 hours. You may choose to replace the item or receive a full refund. If we are unable to reach you, we will ship the rest of the order and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item.

Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, please contact us before the order has shipped. If the order has already shipped, you must return the item to receive a refund. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 1 business day, but may take up to 5 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
